I’m Sandra, your menopause dietitian, a seasoned Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and a Be Body Positive Facilitator.

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in nutrition and my own journey through menopause, I offer a blend of expertise, empathy, and understanding.

Menopause, though a natural part of life, can feel anything but straightforward. It’s a time of profound change, prompting us to question our identity and renegotiate our relationship with our bodies— much like our teenage years, but with perhaps a little less pep in our step!

My goal is to simplify this complex time, providing clear, evidence-based advice and heartfelt support.

Philosophy and approach

I offer a non-dieting, compassionate, and practical approach.

I promote a positive relationship with food, body, and self—focusing on nourishment, not deprivation. With three decades as a dietitian and a lifetime in the diet culture, I’ve learned that well-being comes from enriching, not restricting.

It aggravates me that this vulnerable time is flooded with misleading messages. I’m committed to offering trustworthy information, grounded in science and experience. As a certified coach, I provide tailored strategies to turn knowledge into lasting habits.
