I’m Sandra, a seasoned Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and a Be Body Positive Facilitator. With over 30 years in the nutrition field and having navigated the waves of menopause myself, I’m deeply committed to guiding women through this significant life transition.
Menopause, while a natural and normal stage, can often feel anything but. It’s a period of transformation that can leave us questioning our identity and struggling to understand our bodies – reminiscent of our teenage years, but without the energy!
My mission is to cut through the clutter and confusion, offering clear, evidence-based advice and support.

I promote a positive relationship with food, body, and self—focusing on nourishment, not deprivation. With three decades as a dietitian and a lifetime in the diet culture, I’ve learned that well-being comes from enriching, not restricting.
It aggravates me that this vulnerable time is flooded with misleading messages. I’m committed to offering trustworthy information, grounded in science and experience. As a certified coach, I provide tailored strategies to turn knowledge into lasting habits.
