Our initial work together will include a comprehensive assessment and one follow-up session.

In a safe judgment-free space we will review your current diet, and your nutritional needs. Together we will come up with a clear plan on how best to meet your goals.

What to expect when you sign up:
Before we meet you will receive a welcome package and an opportunity to fill out a questionnaire so that I can begin to really get to know you. You might be surprised at how comprehensive it is, as I ask you to share info on your eating habits, weight history, food relationship, personal strengths, and accomplishments.

Initial session (60 minutes): 
We will meet virtually on a secure confidential video platform. We will spend the hour getting really clear on your goals and you will come away with easy actionable steps to get you started.

Booked as needed after the initial consultation, these 30-minute sessions will be a chance to review your plan and celebrate successes. It is an opportunity to layer more knowledge and skills to help you progress.

We all know that knowing what to do and doing it are two completely different things. One of the best ways to make long term changes is to have accountability and resources. These follow up sessions are exactly that. Use as many or as few as you need to meet your goals.
